My name is Ahtumn Delacroix and I am a business owner, real estate broker, real estate investor, and property manager. In addition, I successfully ran a handful of my own Airbnb’s for the last decade, until I decided to sell them in 2022. With my Airbnb’s I had only 5 star reviews with the exception of one 4 star review. Sarah cleaned for me almost the entire time I owned the homes.
I am very particular about how the rentals were cleaned and presented. Not only do I want the standard cleaning to be done extremely well, but I also require that the towels be folded correctly, the beds be made in a particular way, and the kitchen cabinets to be organized etc. Sarah’s attention to detail as well as her ability to be quick without sacrificing quality is why we worked so well together. In addition to doing the turnover cleans remarkably well, she would also inform me when things had been abnormally disturbed, broken, or were suffering from wear and tear so that I could maintain the rentals in a high standard even when I was not personally able to be in the units between guests. I also appreciated her time management and skill at getting in and out of the unit amidst bookings.
Along with the short-term rentals, Sarah has also done many real estate sale and long-term rental move-out cleans for me. Her exacting standards and ability to move quickly extends to these cleans as well. She would pull out stoves, clean tracks of windows, scrub trim, wipe ceiling fans, and much more.
After I worked for many years with Sarah in my rentals, she eventually began cleaning my personal home. I am very particular about who comes in my home and the standard of the work done. Sarah exceeds this standard. She is a delight to work with. Not only do I appreciate her professionalism and performance, but her passion and motivation for all things makes it a pleasure to work with her.
